I'll make this review quick. Whatever you'd expect to be good service, expect the opposite.
Horrible service, started in drive-through and gave up after not moving for 10 minutes. Go into the restaurant and 15 minutes to get order taken 10 minutes to get food. This was Sunday after church so its not like they weren't aware it would be busy. Avoid this place if you want decent service.
Low country boil in a bag! Absolutely the best shrimp you can get in Athens!!! Also fully stocked bar. Nick is Awesome!
Drive thru service was SLOW. We were just getting a snack, so not much food, mostly drinks. But it was very slow for fast food. Food/drinks were good though.
Right after we went through the drive-thru, we realized they had not given us the combo we ordered but they gave us the drink that came with it. We immediately went back through and explained what happened. The one that took our order realized what she did and tried to fix it. I guess she didn't ring it up correctly. The manager or shift manager came to the window with a nasty attitude and was very rude. We hadn't done anything wrong! There was no need for that. She does not need to be working in customer service!!! This was around 3:30pm on January 2, 2021
