We ordered a pizza for delivery. We paid on line, including a tip for the driver. The food never came. No call, text or email. Nothing. We will never go to pizza hut again.

Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra ground beef onions and tomatoes and black olives. The only thing good about it was that it did arrive on time. The crust was extremely dry had almost no sauce on the pizza. The so-called extra ground beef I could hardly find any at all! Only saw a couple of black olives and the entire thing had no taste. Worst pizza I have ever had anywhere! Never will order there again.

one of the worst Pizza huts ever. I love their super supreme but will NEVER order from this location again. Have had several problems with this Pizza hut over many different orders and spoke to the manager who is very rude and unhelpful and hung up the phone. Don't understand how they can get it wrong so often and be so customer unfriendly. They also say what's on the website is not their responsibility LOL well if not whose is it!?!?!? Take your business elsewhere for your own good and hard-earned money!

I love pizzahut but this location is not the best. I have ordered countless times and its always a hit or miss. They also have my favorite boneless wings here but everytime lately that I have been ordering them the wings are either not all the way cooked and are chewy, there was a hard piece in one of my boneless wings, kind of like a bone the last time I ordered as well. The sauce is barely there compared to previous times. I still keep trying to get their wings here only because they are my favorite but its not as often as before. Pizza i dont even bother with here anymore and go to papajohns or dominos now. The staff is also a hit or miss, they can be very nice or rude, depends in who is working. When ordering sauce which does cost money, plenty of times they will forget to give it to me making me have to go back in and ask for it I stead of it being correct the first time. The ranch packets have been opened to some extent making it useless and the marinara has been cold when again is useless cause if you try to heat it up its not the same. The warm marinara is the best though.

Placed order online for 2 pizzas at 7 pm in the evening. The site said delivery was already closed for the day at this location. Changed order to carryout. I was leaving to pick it up when the store called and said they were out of large pan crust and another item?! They said they could not change my order and was going to have to cancel it and reorder it. This was after I had already waited the appropriate time for pickup. Ridiculous. You lost a customer.
