One of the best airports in western north Carolina. It is by far my favorite place to fly into. I started learning how to fly here over 12 years ago and it is still a pleasant air field preserved in the whome of time.

Excellent small airport. Super friendly staff.
Nice airport. Plenty runway. Easy fly in or out of. I took couple lessons there to know what was like fly in mountains. Great staff. Great instructor. Will visit again soon.
Do not fly here. $75/landing fee. 100 gallon minimum fuel purchase at over $5/gallon to waive landing fee. I explained my plane wouldn't hold that much & they didn't care. Avoid this airport.
