If you are looking for a top notch gym to work out in then look no further than Denver Health and Fitness. The facility is state of the art and clean! The staff as well as trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to assist you in your fitness goals, especially the cross fit coaching team. I highly recommend this gym to anyone at any age or fitness level!!
Great facility, top of the line equipment and even greater staff! The CrossFit Box is awesome. Awesome head coach and her coaching team! I would recommend this gym to anyone serious about their health!
Denver Health and Fitness has been my home for all things fitness since 2014. The personal training instructors are top notch and provide individualized training for each client. I joined their CrossFit program the year I turned 50 and because of their amazing coaches, have done things I've never thought I'd be able to do at this age: climb ropes, do pull-ups and lift more weight than I thought possible. I highly recommend Denver Health and Fitness to anyone looking to make fitness a way of life.
Denver Health and Fitness is a fantastic gym! So many awesome class options, great instructors and coaches, excellent Crossfit box, on-site child care, recently added hydro massage, clean changing rooms with lockers, showers, and sauna... plus it’s less than 10 minutes from my house. :)
