Do not recommend this place at all. Smallest gym I’ve ever been to, have to give a 30 day notice even after your one year contract is up. This place sucks. Do not go here

Great Staff. Very helpful. Made me feel comfortable at my first visit. My trainer was excellent and showed me the proper usage of equipment. I would strongly recommend joining or take advantage of the free 7 day trial.nnThe Owner Clint is always available and helpful. He created a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Awesome Gym! Very clean and great equipment! The employees are very friendly there. The owner Clint will come out and spot me when needed and always offers me advice on my workout regimen. He’s very helpful. Denver needed a new gym like this. It’s perfect!

I love this gym! Has that welcoming warm feeling, not intimidating at all. The owner Clint is so nice, knowledgeable and always ready to listen to feedback. Equipment, Bathrooms and the whole gym is clean and modern. Right next to Harris Teeter and other business, I always pop in for a few healthy groceries after I workout. ud83dudc99 Open 24/7. Joined a few gyms in the past but none like this. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is get me in the mood to workout. Especially since the owner Clint, got rid of trainer Charlie Salemino. I noticed Charlie was not helpful and made some people very uncomfortable. Speaking of Clint, he is one of a kind. I have never met an owner who is helpful and actually cares and interacts with the customers. Clint has been very encouraging when I had no motivation; and made me laugh on days when I was feeling down. BEST GYM I HAVE EVER JOIN!!!!
