Horrible management.nWe were told that in order to cancel membership, we just had to submit a 30 day notice. Then when we go to cancel, we are told that we are not allowed to cancel for a whole year.nSneaky management/ownership. And horrible upkeep of facilities.
So glad to be back in a gym to get my body back to where it needs to be. With 6 back surgeries, full knee replacement, shoulder surgery and more Chip is getting me set up slowly to get back where I need to be. Really looking forward to getting back in better condition physically.
I LOVE LKN! I’ve been working here for years. The staff is amazing and the classes are tons of fun! I’ve worked out and taught at many gyms over the years and this is, by far, my favorite one of all!!

Best 24 hr fitness facility in Lake Norman area! Great people. Awesome owners. Friendly atmosphere with trainers who truly care about you! All classes are for all fitness levels!!!!
