Best service ever. I've been getting my prescription here for almost 3 years and pharmacy staff is very helpful and professional.
We transferred our prescriptions here from publix and the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are so much nicer! Really pleasant welcoming and happy people that seem to enjoy their jobs!
my fiancée & i come in here frequently because we live on lake norman. today while trying to grab a couple of items very quickly, we were stalked by an associate from the moment we entered. she then proceeded to hover over us at the self checkout station very closely while watching us checkout. and before our receipt had even come close to being finished printing, she asked to see it. when we handed it to her, she said “i don’t see the sunglasses.” because the sunglasses i was holding are my oakley’s. she laughed and let us go. meaning she didn’t even want to look at the glasses to confirm. so rather than her actually believing we stole them, she was, in our opinion, harassing us because were a young couple with tattoos. maybe that’s not correct thinking but we’ve been disrespected for that reason before and this situation felt very similar.nwe’ll be driving 15 minutes to go to the walgreens in town instead of the 3 minutes to this cvs from now on.
Very Unprofessional and the rudest I have ever heard a pharmacist. I called from my work which we are a provider and I will Never call back!
Always awful!nRude and condensing pharmacy employees.nNever have anything ready when they say they will and ask if you want to come inside or pull around so you have wait again in drive thru line.nIt was a slow drive thru before they offered COVID test and now even slower.
