I had very little time to get my windshield wipers replaced and the customer service representative Joe, was extremely helpful. He was respectful and helped me understand the different wipers and took not even 2 minutes to replace the old ones with the new ones. I was on my way to work when the rain started and I knew it'd be dangerous driving my ud83dude97 with those wipers. Joe had me on my way in less than 15 minutes start to finish. I will be returning for my ud83dude97 parts.

Almost always has the parts that I need, but can't expect them to have everything, friendly and knowledgeable and experienced staff

Friendly service and had the part I needed in stock at the right price. They struggled a little with finding me in the rewards program but not a big deal.
