Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had a screw in the tire and needed a patch. They were able to get my car in right away. Friendly, efficient and they were able to patch my tire. I would definitely go here again.

Due to a very poor experience at a local body shop, I was over an hour late for my appointment to get a state inspection. They were very nice about it and took me right in. Very good customer service.

The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They never tried to up sell me unnecessary services, but they will make recommendations and let you know when it really is time to stop putting of the routine maintenance. They have serviced three of my vehicles (F150, Explorer, and an S10) with no issues. Service was fast and they even price match with other places if you bring in a printed quote. They usually have coupons for routine things to help customers out as well.

I stopped comimg to Mr Tire for a little while after Tim left. I was a customer for over 15yrs. The replacement crew lacked basic customer service skills. I had to go back today to get a tire patched under warranty. I had such a great experience with George (and Stinson). George was determined to win back my business, great customer service and just a pleasure to interact with. He definitely won back my business!

I've been going to Clark Tire (now Mr. Tire) for about 10 years. I went to a Hyundai dealership last month on the advice of Mr. Tire (Denver, NC) because they couldn't fix the Air Bag indicator. Since I was already there, I also asked them to look into the indicator light for the TPMS. Hyundai told me that 2 of the tire sensors were broken and they fixed it for me. I went back to Mr. Tire and they said they would not cover the cost even though I purchased 4 new tires from them previously. No one at Mr. Tire notified me that they broke those sensors when they installed the new tires. I had to find out from Hyundai.nnThis is no way to do business. A mistake was made and it should have been corrected by Mr. Tire. Service has not been the same since Tim left that location. Tim would never let this happen.nnTrust is a big issue when doing business. Mr. Tire is no longer trustworthy.
