Discount Tire

Another great experience at Discount Tire in Denver! My truck’s tires were nearing their end of life and the employees here did a great job recommending new tires and getting them installed quickly! No pressure from the salesman at all. They even modified my appointment at the last minute to change it from a rotate/balance to install the new tires! Out the door 25 minutes after my scheduled time!nnI would highly suggest doing business here! Great company and great employees!

In the end, I was a bit disappointed with the overall service.nI went in the day before and got a verbal price.nThe next day, the price was 6$ a tire higher. They adjusted the price back down.nI was supposed to receive a $70 rebate on the tires. They forgot to give me the form to fill out and mail. I got just out of their drive and realized I did not have the form. Returned and they printed it out for me.nI asked them to ensure the spare was inflated, which they did. However, on the way home, I heard and felt something loose on the back of the car. It turns out they did not tighten the spare tire back up under the car and it was flopping around. See the attached movie. It was easier for me to raise the spare back into position than return to Discount Tire.nGood prices, but watch them closely.

They were very personable on the phone helping to place my order for tires and set up an appointment the next day to put them on. I got right in for my appointment and out the door in about 45 mins. Great price and super easy to work with! Would highly recommend!

I have had two sets of tires installed at this location, both ordered online and shipped to the store. On my second set on my older Toyota truck, one of my replacement hubcaps was accidently broken during installation. I asked about what could be done since I couldnt find the originals myself at a good price, but Ramon told me he would order me a replacement. Within a week he had one for me.nThe staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. I would return the next time I need tires installed because of the good customer service I received.
