Had my truck fixed there and the service was fine. But had to take it back because of dust in the paint. I left it with them for a day and my medication was stolen from my truck. Not saying they did it but......I'm going back and filling a police report.

Prompt service and amazing work I would highly recommend. I came in short notice on a Friday and he took care of me. Stand up service and honest hardworking staff.

went to get my car quoted and was told that I was looking at close to 8,000 dollars worth of damage and that my car was probably totaled. then had the audacity to look me in the eye and say “sorry to ruin your weekend”. went home to look at my estimate and found that almost 4,000 dollars of the quoted estimate was just for their services. i’m sorry, but it does not take “20.5 hours at 65 dollars an hour” to paint less than half a car. went elsewhere to get a more honest quote and even after their service up charges we paid half of what we were quoted here. glad we went elsewhere and we now know that we will never return. sad to think how many people have had their car totaled or paid an arm and a leg for service fees!

Best work around nice fix paint job was awesome

I called Westport and also went up there to have them look at my car to get my mirror replaced on the drivers side. The price wasn’t that bad so I called them and told them I wanted to order the parts. The woman that gave me the estimate and that I had talked to several times on the phone was never friendly. I was awaiting for the parts to come in and because I had to work my parents were doing me a favor and taking my car up there for me. When I called the woman that morning to make sure the parts came in she was very rude and when I asked her a simple question about when they would be able to paint the mirror she started yelling over the phone so loud that my manager had to get up and shut the door(I work in a dental office). I asked her why she had an attitude and she got upset and I told her to just forget it. Later on that day my dad called Westport again and the woman said I had told her, I didn’t want to do business with them which was never said and also that they should’ve had the parts at the shop, which was also never said. Slander. When I had called her back that morning the only questions I had were if the parts for my mirror had come in yet and when I could get my mirror painted...because she said they couldn’t do it the same day. The woman I spoke to the “front desk/receptionist” was one of the rudest encounters I’ve had in a long time in person/over the telephone. She ended up cancelling my order and come to find out, she had never even set up an appointment or had me on the books to even get my mirror replaced that day to begin with. Do NOT recommend.
