My husband, T Zurn sent a cam to Jones Cam months ago. The original cam was returned but not the one that he was asked to be ground to certain specifications. Mike Jones refuses to take his phone calls. The Lincoln County Sheriff has been out to speak with Mr Jones twice and we still have not received the new cam. The last time my husband sent a cam to Jones Cam, my brother who was visiting in Mooreville, NC personally stopped over and MIke sent it that day after my husband had requested it several times. Apparently Mr. Jones believes he can steal property and is not concerned about potential legal resources.

Ordered cams/valve springs a while back. Took longer than expected and to be ready for this season i would not have had time to have them installed. Emailed the owner, explained I was requesting a refund. He responded quickly, and while refunds are usually not accepted(these are custom made parts) he was able to sell my specific items to someone else which allowed for him to process a refund. (I got lucky, he worked with me).nnNot saying you'll be able to experience the same in the future but at least the owner did his best to make the situation right and for that 5 stars all the way.nnThanks

Great to deal with . Every camshaft that we have had done has out preformed our expectations.
