They have a new front desk guy. I've been going there once a month for a year. I was in there today and the new guy went out of his way to insult me twice in five minutes, then quoted me a price $40 above what they did the same work for last month. I said nothing, drove 50 yards across the street to the tire place next door who gladly accepted my business. Do yourself a favor. Go next door.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They always fix the problem and if I have to bring it back again, they don't charge if it's something that they missed

I've only ever had safety inspections done here but it seemed decent enough. However, the past two times I went I was told the mechanic wasn't in. What's frustrating is that I asked and confirmed with the guy at the desk that the mechanic would be in on my next visit. Low and behold, I show up and get the same story. Mechanic not in.
