Very pricy, but seemed to be honest. I'm only giving them two stars because I couldn't afford their services. Pricier than others. But I do hear their services are good.

Had AC compressor installed, quit working 6mo later. Put it off through the winter, then was told by Pep Boys that they broke off two screws when they installed it. The compressor knocked my belt out of alignment causing a hole host of problems and rendering my vehicle unsafe and undriveable. My kids were in danger because of them. When I called them they said the part was covered, but I'd have to pay them...AGAIN to fix it.
