Ordered the new Bacon Big Mac meal....nI'll admit I was probably overly excited that my favorite sandwich with my favorite sauce was now going to include my favorite meat (BACON) but what I recieved wouldn't have been acceptable to someone who couldn't have cared less!nFirst, the sandwich itself was just thrown in the box... not a piece of it intact. This made me pull it out completely to study it and piece it back together. While doing so, I realized, there was barely any lettuce. The middle piece of bread was torn. There was barely 1 dollop of Mac sauce, considering there's supposed to be 2 healthy dollops per layer....Wow! Then the BACON..... oh poor poor BACON! There was 1.... ONE tiny crumbled piece of bacon on the very bottom bread. Not even held in place by the sauce that was supposed to be there holding it in place. Just a lonely sad shred of bacon.nI couldn't have been more disappointed! In the sandwich itself, or the matching fries, or the person who collected a paycheck for throwing it together. I tried to call about it but the phone line stayed busy and I attempted to make contact over a 2 hour span.

This McDonald's has great customer service, they are friendly, and they are also quick (sometimes they can be slow but it can be like that anywhere you go). I highly recommend this McDonald's, the only downside to this McDonald's is that they close around 10pm or 11pm instead of being 24 Hours, but maybe that is why they are so good.

Coffee machine - DOWN. Ice cream machine - DOWN. This is a recurring theme at this McDonald's. Order takers appear to be untrained. Drive through moves very slow. Orders are correct about half the time. If the kids are dying for McDonald's we now drive past this one to another one 4 miles away.

They must not have sweet & sour sauce for their nuggets. When you order and pay for 50 nuggets you would like to get the sauce you asked for.

This McDonald's has never been decent compared to others in the area. Tried again today and our fries were about 2/3 full, way over salted, 21 cent upcharge to mix unsweetened tea with sweet tea? WTH?? Two QPC meals = $15.96. I open my McDonald's app on my phone to fine QPC 2 for $5. What a joke - especially if they're not going to fill the fries. I could've got SIX full size sandwiches for what we paid for two meals. Also went back for a McDouble. It's on the value menu with fries for $3. However if I just wanted a McDouble by itself it was $2.60. As was a 4 piece nugget. BK currently has a 10 piece for a buck.
