I put 1 star solely because of Robert the delivery driver. Everyone in the store including the other delivery driver were awesome helpful and nice. But Robert, you sir shouldn't be delivering pizzas. Refuses to use Google maps to deliver pizzas (he told me this) says I live to far out of town because a cross street is old farm road (I live 1.1 miles away from the store). He went the complete opposite direction and got lost, calls me and says he's gonna ask someone for directions. I drove to the store to pick my order up, beat him there by 5 minutes. Then proceeded to hand me my food upside down and shrugged it off. Told me he's lived here 25 years and hasn't heard of my street. Incompetent of doing the job efficiently because he's to stubborn to put on Google maps. Now I'm eating cold pizza that was cooked at 12:45. It's 2pm. Everyone else in the store is amazing and I'm sorry you have to deal with someone like that.

Used to order from here all the time... the past 3 times we have waited almost 2 hours for our pizza. Tonight it arrived cold! Not even warm! Ordered garlic sauce and didn’t get all of them! Service at this location has gotten very poor... I’m still on hold to speak to a manager.... guess it’s time to find a good pizza place!! Waited to speak to a manager only to be hung up on!! Just pathetic

They need better management. The manager is very rude. She does not care about her job or customers. Would Really appreciate if corporate would at least help her do her job better.

Pre-ordered a large order for 15 pizzas to be delivered by 12:00 noon. At 12:10, they were still making pizzas. At 12:40 I called... again.... and the driver was on her way. And it wasn't the driver. It was the manager. She forgot to bring the plates and napkins. left the bags and went to go pick those up. My employees dug in anyway. Half an hour later she said her phone died and she got lost coming back to my business. I quizzed her about where our order was in the priority list and I was informed that she just makes them however they print out (which if you have three orders for 12, you make the first to place order first) and that none of the timed orders were on time today.

Called to make an order for delivery said it would be 45 minutes to and hour... ok cool ... called back to check on order an hour an half later they say It’s out for delivery. 2.5 hours after I’ve place my order I call back once again for them to tell me that we are out of delivery range that I can come pick it up .
