I love working out here!!! All of the staff are so friendly and the equipment is always clean and tons of different machines and the staff will help you train if need be! I can't wait until the classes come back! The covid has knocked out classes for now
My Planet Fitness gym is a very clean, friendly and well ran gym that ensures the safety of all their members. Constantly cleaning and wiping things down as we work out. That is greatly appreciated by an avid gym goer like myself.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with a friendly team member who gave me a tour, answered any questions, and helped me set up my membership. Everyone there is friendly and professional. The equipment is top notch, the facility is clean, and the amenities are excellent. I also love the positive and private atmosphere.
First, I want to say that Colin, the manager is top notch! He has great people skills and really takes pride in keeping Statesville Planet Fitness clean and well staffed. Colin and the staff are always so very nice to my family. There is always a smile and a Hi and a Goodbye as we leave. You can tell that the entire staff really enjoy working together and giving the customer a great experience. I hope Planet Fitness Corporate takes notice of that great staff and Colin's leadership! So many service company employees have no idea how to make people feel as welcome as these guys and girls do!
Exceptionally clean. I know before I go how crowded it is and can plan accordingly. COVID precautions are in place and enforced. I was looking for a place to workout and feel as safe as is currently possible. PF fit the bill.
