Flow Collision Center

My car had gravel/rock damage and after several estimates I decided to let Flow fix my car. Would like to say thanks to Caleb Meadows and all the other employees for a great experience and keeping me up to date during the whole thing. Caleb kept me updated and handled everything with my insurance company and made the whole process very easy on my side. Will definitely use them in the future when I have paint and collision needs.

Edited: There was confusion and Cory from flow has been extremely helpful and working with us to get the issue resolved. Accidents do happen and im grateful they are working to fix things.nnDropped our car off December 26th. Just picked it back up today at 4:40pm. They worked on the EXTERIOR of our vehicle. Both of my kids headrest DVD players screens are cracked edge to edge and won’t play ANYTHING!!!!! Brand new from Christmas!!!!! They also charged for a new back glass, but did not have to replace it at all. Our original back glass is in fact still there. We had them tinted and the tint is still there. Not once did they discuss or get our approval before making any changes in the plan and needing to charge more than we originally had planned. When we went to get our vehicle they refused to give us our vehicle unless they had the extra money that we did not give approval for.
