On our way to Florida from Pennsylvania, our 2015 Suburban decided it wanted to make a stop in Statesville. We broke down at a gas station nearby to Ayer’s in the middle of the night. While I laid in our hotel bed at 2:30am wondering how the heck we are going to get back on the road with 2 little ones and a baby, I started scrolling ‘mechanics near me’. If you are reading this, you too have seen how many people have posted on this page about what a wonderful service they have provided to many people. After talking to the owner, Tim, and getting us the info to get a tow truck to our car, I had hopes we would be back on the road by the end of the day. After working on it for many hours, turns out it was a sensor that went bad. We were in fact back on the road just before the sun set. It was such a wonderful feeling to have your car back to normal when you are six hours from home. We couldn’t be more thankful to the team at Ayer’s as well as the fellow people who also unfortunately broke down but took the time to recommend this wonderful garage. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I don’t wish being stranded to anyone, especially with little kids, but if you are in a similar situation as us, I highly recommend Ayer’s. I didnt know a mechanic in the area so decided to try Ayers. They worked with me on price and what I needed to get my car back on the road. I would recommend coming here!

Well to my understanding they was suppose to fix the a/c in a day. Didn't happen but can't say anything bad about them, but if you tell a customer something do what you say
