Well I can tell you I'll ask the first time I'd ever been down there or had any business to do with Great Western and they had me appointment I made one yesterday I got in there today it's 10:00 appointment got there about 25 till we're right away you got started getting the information off the bike what I'm sure about surely about 10:00 if not a little before that doesn't roll it in I said outside and listen to my Bluetooth my Bluetooth my speaker I had it jamming outside they walk in and out didn't seem to bother them it wasn't bothering me and hey man by what was it less than an hour and a half they've done changed the tires maintenance on it complete maintenance on it and and just kind as they could be just just don't you know it's kind of people had a real good experience there just a good experience man they took care of me what you need what can we do in it got an appointment arranger they took that they took over from Mary was I was pleasant and I'm oh yeah any more trouble that I can't don't want to mess with they will be the people that I contact to let him know you know my bike's very important to me and so they act like they seem to think that bike was very important to them too so good enough for me I'm going back when I need to

Website showed them open on Mondays. Drove up to take a look and several people were in the parking lot assuming they were open as well. Called a few times and no answer. You might want to update your website with the real hours. Probably lost some business today.

I needed to have recall service done on my Polaris. The machine is a vital piece of equipment on my farm. I let the service department know how important it was that I get the machine back Asap. The parts came in on Christmas Eve and were installed the next business day. Great job.
