Kooks Headers and Exhaust

Krook’s should be there name. Ordered headers that showed to be for my truck. Even came with the correct year on the labels 1200 wasted. They are no where close to fitting costly lesson learned. When talked to tech all they was worried about is correcting what it showed they would fit on there site. Could careless about the predicament I’m in. Will be the last headers I buy from kooks. Wouldn’t waste my money unless you want a high dollar set of headers to lay around your shop and talk about.

Kooks literally just told me that I can order online, but I'm not allowed to drive 15 minutes to their location and pick my headers up...Plus they will charge me for shipping...he also told me they don't sell to the public even though they sell to the public when they have car shows...so you don't sell to the public but I can buy directly off your website...Which is it? Get your story straight....

Heard they got rid of all good employees. Won’t be going back

No follow up skills, I asked for a price for headers and never got it. Been waiting on a call back about another issue for weeks now and they keep avoiding it.
