Love love Bodega !! But raffles are a joke, they should Chan their own server it’s stuck can’t checkout on time, the web browser doesn’t run well. Just so you know: No pictures allowed inside. They don’t let you in the shop unless you have an appointment. I walked 30 minutes to get there and then just be refused entry, even though google just said it was “open”.

The in store and online customer service is very inconsistent. Staff is not very inclusive. Bobby and Nick have been professional, my experiences with anyone else has not been favorable. There are some discrepancies in what’s available vs what isn’t, which has caused me problems in the past. Overall, cool experience walking in (and that’s that) but as a Native, you are better off shopping at other local shops like this, such as Concepts, OneGig or Orchards, a local skate shop in the Brighton neighborhood. In fact, I placed an order for pieces recently and had to cancel entirely because the system glitched and I paid for a great piece I was excited about that ultimately wasn’t available. I gladly ordered the same items from concepts website and it’s on the way. I love supporting this city’s locally established shops, but I’ve been disappointed more than I should have with Bodega.
