Grossest bathroom I’ve seen in a long time. Can’t imagine it’s been wiped in well over a month. Staff was inattentive

The pharmacy department is rude, non attentive, keeps you waiting and demeaning. Specifically the tech. The experience compared to CVS on Main Street is like night and day. CVS Pharmacy service and staff on Main Street is OUTSTANDING.

This place is a disaster. I waited two and a half hours for a COVID-19 test with an appointment. I eventually gave up and left because I had to get back to work. I have a fever, my oxygen is hovering around 90, and I have a very deep set cough that I just cannot get rid of. The worst part is they will not even give you a note for your employer or reschedule you. I now have to explain why I missed all morning of work and I have to wait until Friday to get tested - which was the soonest I could be seen at the Walgreens testing center all the way in Arden. I was not the only person who was stuck waiting over two hours either. There seemed to be no order to who was seen. A man who looked like a first responder was stuck waiting longer than I was. Other people simply drove up and were seen in 15 minutes. I got the distinct impression that I, the first responder, the family and some other pretty sick looking people were deliberately being ignored because we all had (very politely) asked how long the wait was going to be extended by. It was absolute chaos. I am in an at risk category for COVID-19 and the fact that I can't give my doctor any information to work with is frustrating. There are medications he cannot prescribe me unless he has a definitive COVID-19 diagnosis. I need to know if this is the flu or not. My family is NEVER setting foot in a CVS again.

This has to be the most frustrating pharmacy! Called ahead(2.5 hours) to have a prescription ready and when I arrived to pick up the prescription, I was told it was going to be another 20 minutes! That is why I called ahead, to not have to wait...obviously the prescription doesn't take more than 20 minutes to prepare and they haven't even started it. I have only had one interaction with the employees in the pharmacy that was positive, most of the time I am helped by a rude, hateful employee that acts like I'm an inconvenience! I dread the days I know I have to get a prescription...maybe I'll switch to the other CVS in town to see if they are any better. (I use cvs pharmacy because of the price I can get my prescription filled there.) ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Friendly only cuz they have to be they are definitely not genuine.
