I was visiting a friend in the Hendersonville area recently and had a critical issue come up with my brakes. Needing to get home four hours away, I had my car towed to Auto Aid (based on a recommendation by a local) on a Sunday eve, and they got me back on the road by Monday at lunch. They were so very courteous and helpful. They did not try to take advantage of my urgent situation and charge me for unnecessary services. I visit the area a lot and would most definitely use them again, as well as recommend them highly to anyone needing auto services.

They were highly recommended to me. I had an unexpected problem with my brakes. They did a wonderful job diagnosing the issue and I would recommend them to anyone, whole-heartedly.

Called and made an appointment for my oil to be changed and tires to be rotated and balanced and i bring it in 3 hours later i receive a phone call they don't want to do the oil change because i have over 1000 miles left and i did not i have little under 300 miles left and then i proceed to ask if they can do my tires and they tell me they don't have the time, I understand if you're busy and don't have the time but it left a really bad taste in my mouth with them being unprofessional and just lying saying they did have time for my car to sit there for three hours with nothing done. i would have just rescheduled. not going back

They did everything that they said they would and more. I appreciate everything that they did and on short notice. Great job guys I'll be back thats for sure
