Walmart Auto Care Centers

Wasted my entire day here and still did not receive any service! I arrived at 1pm and after being given the run around for hours they finally let me know to come back in at 4:30 and they would be able to get my tires done. I did that and dropped my car off walked around the store for an hour and a half with 3 kids and when I went back they informed me they didn't have time to get my tires done. This was at 6pm. So I wasted my entire day dragging 3 children around walmart all for nothing to be done to my car! This place is a JOKE!

I have no complaints with the service I received today BUT I resent the employees at the desk in the auto center NOT WEARING A MASK. One had his mask below his chin and another would take hers off to talk to an employee from the garage who did not bother to wear one at all. In fact in the store itself about 30% of employees have their mask below their nose including the deli employees. I have reported that part to Henderson County Health Dept. I have changed shopping to other stores when possible. I was talking to an attorney about the possibility of an employee contracting Covid in the deli and passing it on to a customer and it could be proven by a witness they were negligent if it would be a case he would take. He answered in the affermitive.

They usually do a good job on oil changes and tire changes or repair. Cheap but don't expect something too much more than you pay for.

They don't get a star! Sat there for 4 hours for them to do absolutely nothing and tell me to come back next day! Store management was a joke!

It's a hassle to deal with them unless you jump through their hoops of procedures. What should have taken 30 minutes ended up taking 3 hours. Completely unacceptable
