Our car started rumbling and our check engine light went on while we were on a cross country road trip. We showed up to CarStarz without an appointment, and they managed to squeeze us in. They were able to run the diagnostics, get parts delivered, and replace our spark plug and ignition coil in a couple hours. They were also so nice and friendly and even let me charge my phone in the waiting room. So grateful to be back on the road!

I’m not going to go on a huge rant. Needless to say, I’ve gone back twice to pick up my car and work has not been done completely or even competently. Each visit I’ve found things were worse than before! The first time resulted in almost blowing up the battery when I had to jump start the car, which shouldn’t have needed jump started in the first place. The second time all the electronics in the car were on the fritz and had nothing to do with the original problem I had first taken the car in for. The excuse that I get is it’s an electrical problem and they don’t want to touch it now. Problems they caused! These are complete incompetent morons. Never take your car to them. You will be ripped off.

Such an amazing place to have anything done to your car! Very family oriented and super nice. Best prices around! 10/10 recommend. Alex was fantastic!

They are pleasant to talk with you about your car needs. Prices are very fair and honest. They are timely in getting your vehicle back as quoted. Their waiting room and bathroom are very clean. Keurig coffee is offered free in the waiting room.
