I am very happy with all the service I received from Keep Camping Mobile RV Repair!!! From the initial contact, Ron was clear and honest about his schedule. He prioritized our problem because it was a water leak, and arrived before the scheduled time. The leak was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. They also gave me a brief RV 101 as I had been given incorrect information about our newly purchased RV. What a relief to have a bit more understanding. Both Ron and Mike were professional, polite, friendly, and informative. I will use them again if I need any repair work done.

I am super impressed with this company! From the office staff (very friendly and helpful)to the owners! Ron arrived a little early and called to let me know that he'd wait for me to arrive. He helped with several things we had called about AND took great care with all my questions (1st time camper owner), walking me through everything I needed to know to make our camping experience a good one. Extremely competent and good communication. I chose to use this business for my new camper that had a undercarriage collision claim and a settlement from the insurance company.nnWith Covid and all that the supply lines were challenging and these guys did a good job of sourcing materials quickly at a reasonable cost and help me to deal with the insurance company and get the fix done as quickly as possible.nnIt took a couple of visits but Mike their technician was extremely helpful and understanding. Kayla in the office did a great job of constant communication via email and phone calls to make sure I always knew exactly what was going on, and was a supplemental insurance claim required that needed to be handled which they did and took care of very professionally.nnLong story short the collision repair has been repaired, they did a great job and I would highly recommend this company to anybody who has either routine maintenance, a breakdown repair or even collision insurance issues.
