We were driving home from Florida to Virginia and our car completely shut down on us on I-95 about 10 miles from Roanoke Rapids. It was 11pm on Saturday night and it was scary with cars flying by us at 90mph and we were sitting ducks on the side of the road. We called ATS and they were able to rescue us within 30-40 minutes of breaking down. They sent James for the pickup and he was awesome! He was trying to get the car hooked up as quickly as possible to get us off the road. He towed us to the next exit and asked us where we wanted to go. He dropped us off at a local motel and made sure the car was easily accessible for a tow truck to get us home to Virginia the next day. He even told us if we had any trouble with it to give him a call on Sunday and he could come help us. Truly a nice guy and made us feel safe immediately upon his arrival. We appreciate your service and your care. We highly recommend using All Tow Services and Recovery when you're in need of a tow!
Called this business and he recommended another number for locksmith for the area. The number was wrong, so I called back and asked for the number again, same guy rudely said they aren't locksmiths & dont remember saying anything, then hung up. ImStranded

Beyond professional and courteous! Since I’m not from the area, I was concerned about being taken advantage of but the driver was over-exceeded expectations! Not only were they quickly available to tow my car, they also helped me find a mechanic available for the same day to replace my bad alternator. To top it off, they called a few hours later to make sure everything was resolved. Highly recommend them for locals and non-locals alike! Thank you soo much for your service!!
Broke down on 95. Kenny was there within 30 minutes. Super nice and helpful. Got our car towed to where it needed to be and he even dropped us at the hotel we had to book. Super nice and friendly. If i ever need a tow in the area again. These guys will be my 1st call
