Since this location opened we have had the best service and quality even during all this COVID-19 time. However, that changed tonight. Placed order via app as always, received updates and after 10 minutes after app said driver was in neighborhood we still didn’t have our food. I called the location and the person that I spoke too said the tracker was wrong. I said it never has before but he said it was. Well 29 minutes after my call (total of 39 after tracker notification) we received our food. Driver didn’t carry it in pack for keeping it hot and being a nice person I took my food thinking positive. Worst food ever cold and had been done a while. Tracker insurance only gives you credit for free pizza in the future. What future will that be, what a waste and a loss of business. I hope management looks at reviews and does something about it but probably not. Will be a long time if ever we use this location again. I should have called the location back but I know nothing would have been different. Bad reviews make a difference than me calling to give them my piece of mind!!!!

Awesome how convenient it is to login order wash a few dishes and I get THE text 2 minutes warning. And they're here with hot freaking pizza. Great Job

Ordered pizza and got told no delivery because of no delivery staff, ordered pizza and went to pick it up to find out order was never put in. Order was remade and I had to sit in parking lot for 40 mins. During this time 2 delivery drivers pulled up, so that was a lie. I was charged 54 dollars instead of the original price of 49 dollars. Pizza was dry and wings were not warm. Seems as though no one in that store can handle their job, I hate leaving bad reviews but last 3 times service was poor.

I live 9 minutes away and the other location is 12 but both places stillnWould not deliver I really don’t understand why I always get dominos by pick up but it would be nice to put me on the route

I have always ordered from Domino's and I was always happy but now I'm kinda disappointed my daughters pasta was not as expected they always put almost a full bowl but today I could count the few noodles and pieces of chicken and no lid on it.
