Ordered online for delivery. Stated 40-50 minutes estimated delivery time took about 90 minutes. I got a text that it was leaving the store with the driver a mere19 minutes after order. I'm 3.5 miles away from the store. It took the driver over an hour to get here. Pizza was closer to room temp than it was too cooked temp. And what was requested to be a contactless delivery was not. The driver offered no apology nor excuse. He didn't even have a pen to sign the receipt that I shouldn't have had to sign. Unfortunately I had preselected a very generous tip and was too frustrated to figure out how to rescind it. He most definitely didn't deserve it. Very disappointing experience.
UPDATE**Okay, so I gave it another try.. the pizza did take slightly longer than they quoted, but no biggie. it was 5 to 10 minutes more. BUT the pizza was just terrible. I paid for extra cheese, but the amount of cheese on the pizza was less than what a normal pizza should have. The toppings were very dark and slightly hard. The pizza tasted very bland and like it had been cooked too long. I ate one slice and actually threw out the rest of the pizza. So this is now two bad experiences in a row. Ughhh.nnI had to cancel my order because the email notification said that it would take at least an hour and a half to be delivered, even though we are less than 3 minutes away from this store location. The gentleman that answered the phone said that they hardly have any employees working.. management, please correct this issue! I'll update this review after my next order.
No dipping sauce. Again, no dipping sauce.Again, no dipping sauce.Again, no dipping sauce. This was stated four times because that is the best I can remember since they have been consecutive, not sure about before that but they were missing too. I have ordered from here many times over the past two years and never had a single problem except GETTING THE DIPPING SAUCE. Does no one look at the receipt of what they are taking out the door to make sure the delivery is correct? Most time the driver was able to come back with the dipping sauce and I did enjoy eating my reheated wings a while later, other times I just let it go and let the wings go. I will give this another try or two but that is it. $1.98 wasted (again). To anyone reading this and ordering make sure you have what you want in the refrigerator because they cannot be counted on.
Ordered from them tonight and I guess they made my pizza how they like it. Brung exactly what I did not order. So I called the young lady said they would bring the correct pizza , yet didnt ask for my address. How can you make things right without the correct information. Never again.
I don’t like to complain but this is the second time they given me my order wrong, I got my wings with no sauce and I called them I had proof of what I had ordered because of the receipt and I took a picture of my wings and they hung up and didn’t resolve the issue, I tried calling again 3 times and they never picked up my call. When I went to pick up I also saw them being aggressive with a customer. Very Rude! Don’t recommend this place!
