Ordered flats still got drumsticks. This is the third time. The chicken sub is bland and cold. Nasty! Fries are cold! Taste like they were cooked yesterday! Pizza cold. We waited over an hour. The restaurant is right down the street. I called and tried to explain this all. The manager argued that the pizza is not cold. He would not let me finish talking. I expressed that I just wanted to resolve the issue. He would not let me finish. I made it a point to remain calm and articulate the issue. He yelled over me and hung up in my face. Now, still hungry and $40 down.

***READ***nAbsolutely the worst service I’ve ever had! The guy that was taking my order was super rude! I get it you’re busy but do not rush me on the phone. Only reason I ordered from them was because they were close by. Customer service was a one out of ten.nThe food wasn’t great either, three out of ten.

We ordered the steak and cheese with fries. The sandwiches tasted like something had soured on them and the fries were burnt. The ranch tastes like straight mayonnaise.

Steak and cheese sub was exceptional! Pizza is distinctive, crust almost reminded me of a thin focaccia -others really liked it, toppings and sauce were excellent, real ingredients that weren't overly processed, flavorful and very filling!

I would rate it a zero star if I could. We ordered some delivery food and waited for almost 2 hours before we called to check on it. When we called, we got hung up on and the employees there acted very unprofessional. I drove down to the restaurant after being hung up on, which it only took me about a minute to drive down there, and the guy told me that they don't know what happened to my order. Now I could understand this if they were even a little busy, but they were dead. It turns out that everything happens for a reason and I am sure that after looking at how dirty the restaurant was, that them losing my order could have possibly saved me from food poisoning. Beware!
