If I could give them 1 out of 10 it would be a 10 because when I came to pick up my pizza they did a sausage pizza pizza instead of pepperoni. Ordered my pizza at 9:30pm and waited the full 2 hours with no call or anything but the tracker was saying it was delivered. They don’t answer their phones so there was no way to fix this issue, I deserve a refund but probably not gone get that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEEEEEEE!!!!

order at 2:34pm said the wait time was 30 minute which was fine here it is 5:07 no food called the store they keep saying they only have one driver and come to find out the driver gave someone else my food isn’t that just great wait 2 hours and i have no food

Pizza wasn’t hot when I picked it up, but I came right when my carry-out time on the website said I should.nnAsked for extra cheese, pepperoni, and sausage, and didn’t get it.nnIt wasn’t inedible and I wasn’t super upset, I just won’t go back.

I had a bad experience with pizza hut in pyramid village this evening and tried to call to cancel my order but wasn't able to get through. So when the driver got here a HOUR after it said they left the store WITH an attitude I sent the driver back and ordered from here. It came within 20 minutes and was precisely what I expected. I have never had a bad experience with this location and only ordered pizza hut because my daughter wanted the cookie cake lol. But I will definitely continue to order from here.
