Not sure how this place has good reviews. I’ve been twice on my lunch break now around 12:10. Not a single pizza was ready. I have a 30 min lunch break and waited until 12:25 today, still no pizza, asked for a refund so I could get back to work. The lady working was on a personal call the entire time on the work phone, and when I asked for a refund, she wanted me to take her personal Visa card and process a $12 transaction for her on the terminal?? What? Literally handed me her card and asked me to run it. She never asked for my card, just handed me a receipt saying it would be refunded. What an absolute mess this place is. Don’t waste your time, they’re not wasting their time on you.
Pizza tasted good but had a very large crust - probably 4-5 inches rather than the usual 2-3 inches. If the spread had been all the way to a normal sized crust, would have been 5 stars. Crazy Bread was great as well.
You guys really need an actual adult manager here I stead of relying on kids to do everything. You also need some type of screens to show your workers what orders still need to be made, instead of making people wait longer for something that should only be 5 minutes. Also to stop asking the same question over and over. INVEST ON MONITORS AND COMPETENT WORKERS.
Very bad experience with the manager there. I went to order 4 lunch combos because the special runs from 11-2. When I enter for the one masks were not wore by employees. For the two when I asked for the lunch special he said it was over. It was 1:40. I said it's not 2:00 yet. Then he took my order. I said I want 4 lunch combos 2 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 1 with pep, ex. Cheese, and bacon. He said $42.00. I said how 4 pizzas for $5 comes to $42 . That doesn't add up. He said these our prices and that's what it is. Very rude and unprofessional. And he was management. Went to a different store and paid 22.95. He needs to be sent to a management class. Not a good look at all
The guy that picked up was kinda rude on the phone and hung up on me too? Wacknjust went to pick up my pizzas because I’m working nearby and the lady there was also rude? You guys save your money and don’t spend it here. Bad service. No plates. No good customer service.
