Horrible management. Don’t use this location to order pizza. We’ve made the mistake twice and both times it arrived over an hour late and cold. This second time we placed the order at 3:20 and did not get the pizza till 5:30 when we called to check on it 30 minutes after when it was supposed to be there we were told it had left the store on time so it should’ve been there or will be in the next minute or two. It did not show up for another 30 minutes and was of course cold because it left the store an hour ago. The cheese sticks were burnt and had no cheese on them. We did not even eat the pizza. We called the manager but after 20 minutes on hold and explaining the situation she literally said “ok so what are you looking for” I told her I at least needed to be refunded to get something else. Apparently she can’t do refunds I have to wait for a district manager to call me “in a few days” and that will “just be the start of the refund” she didn’t apologize at all. In fact had no personality to be management. Way to clueless and unhelpful. I would not hire someone like that to be in charge of my business. Just go somewhere else unless you like cold, burnt pizza, an apathetic manager, and like to waste money on inedible food because it’s impossible to get a refund.

Had pizza be over 2 hours after they said it would be ready (at 4:30pm not during rush) and it was dried out. Got a coupon after calling corporate to complain, when I did the call in order it wasn't ready for pick up in store until one and a half hours after ordered when it said 25-45 minutes maximum and pizza was dripping grease everywhere. (Left after 7:40pm)nnHonestly I worked in food management I get having one bad day but when you mess up the make up pizza that you know is a make up, that is poor mangement.

Do not order from here if you expect your food to be delivered within a timely manner. Timely manner meaning not before one hour has passed. Food will be cold every time. I had this happened, went almost an entire year without eating it just for it to happen again today. Worst part, the store purposely does not answer the phone in order to fix any issues. Get pizza somewhere else
