Even though this is a super busy stop off os I95, they took the time to carefully steam some milk for our coffees without even asking for that. Made the drinks amazing! That will be our new standard order! Very friendly and quick to serve!
This was by far the absolute worst experience we have ever had at any Starbucks. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Drinks were absolutely disgusting. I called to speak to the manager just to let them know that the people we encountered did not have very good customer service and was told that there was not one there so I had to speak to a shift supervisor and got an attitude from her as well. She wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and was just annoyed that I was calling to let them know about our experience. She has a very “so what” attitude. Customer service in my opinion can completely make or break an experience, and in this case it completely broke it. It’s just really disappointing considering the usual customer service at almost any Starbucks is very pleasant.
Amazing staff at this Starbucks. I stop every Friday on my way home. Usually very busy and sometimes slow but my drink is always right. I usually am there around 630 so I can understand why it’s busy.
Not too good. Stopped on Sunday, 3/21 at 2:50 and waited in line for 20 minutes before realizing that no one was being waited on. If you’re closed, change your website and put signs out. Last visit here.
Great morning service. Always hustling and friendly. Evening service tends to be less hustle. I'm still a regular customer though. ud83dude42
