Absolutely LOVE this studio! I moved to the area over a year ago now and this was about the 3rd studio I visited and I haven't been to another studio since. The instructors are incredible! I love the atmosphere in the studio, in the classes, and just this place all-around. With Covid-19, they have been doing online classes which has been really convenient. They offer hot yoga in the studio, HIIT incorporated in a yoga session, and more. They offer really fun seasonal activities too. Couldn't recommend this place more, whether a beginner or a seasoned yogi!
I tried this yoga studio out for a month since I live in NC part time. Absolutely fell in LOVE. I’m fairly new to yoga and I’ve learned so much in one month. The staff & instructors are AMAZING. They made me feel welcomed and genuinely at home during every class I took. Libby, Terri, Leslie, Lauren, Travis, Tricia, Rebecca, Lucy, and Earl are all exceptional yoga instructors. I highly recommend Dancing Dogs Yoga if you’re looking to become part of a great community of wonderful people. I look forward to returning to Greensboro and continuing my yoga practice at DDYG.
Almost all of the classes are fast past, fitness based, Baptiste yoga. The classes are tough due to the pacing, not the heat. There are a lot of available class times.
