Bern Import

Great prices, honest, fast and reliable service. Bern import is excellent, one of the best if not the best auto shop in the triad area. I highly recommend sending your vehicle here for any and all mechanical issues.

I would advise to stay away from this mechanic. He wants you to pay him upfront for services and only accepts cash, he also won't provide you with a receipt. I took my car to him I'm August 2016 because the car would randomly cut off, he wanted money upfront, so against my advice, my husband paid him 650.00...he originally told us it needed a water pump and timing belt. Fast forward 4 months and numerous phone calls to him...which he rarely returned and trips to his makeshift shop, he said it then needed an engine. We asked for receipts for the parts he claimed he put on the car and he refused to provide us with anything! He actually said we should pay him more money, even though the car was running when we brought it up there. He also refused to give us any type of refund. We ended up having the car towed and unfortunately had to consider the money a loss. It's sad because I was told not to take it to him but since he worked on my car numerous times before, I thought it was fine. But unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson we had to learn.

Has always fixed my vehicles from day one. I can rely on him for any mechanical problem there is!!!!
