Great experience with Roy's. At the behest of our insurance company's opinion, I had towed my car to them with a plethora of problems that I knew would be pricey, and I was expecting somewhere in the neighborhood of $5,000 for repair. Well, not only did they get everything diagnosed quicker than I thought they would, but they ended up giving me a price that was less than half of what I had expected. There were a couple of items that had to be adjusted as they had gotten further along into repairs, and the folks there were prompt and accurate when communicating any changes in needs or prices, which was very helpful when it came to planning. I appreciate that they are very straightforward and honest about what is needed and what things will cost up front, and they are great at communicating any changes as needed.

I brought my car in for them to change the valve cover gasket as well as clean my engine bay. Everything seemed fine when I first got it back, however now it’s been a day or two and my car is having more problems than when I brought it in. my car radio was somehow messed up (I was able to fix it by factory resetting it because the settings were all changed, I assume someone working on it tried to connect their phone to the aux setting and couldn't.) my car is now smoking again, and this time is shaking violently when I slow down. It’s sad that you can’t trust car places any more and it’s so easy for them to take advantage. The front desk was nice and respectful to me, however after my experience and seeing the other 1 star reviews left just this week, I will not be bringing my car back here and warning others to do the same.

This was my first time visiting Roy’s and I will 100% be back! I was extremely pleased with every single facet of my experience. There is such a high level of warmth and professionalism! When I called to make an appointment I was able to speak to the owner and she immediately made me feel at ease. Every single staff member I encountered was so pleasant and kind! My vehicle was taken care of and the work was top notch! Pricing actually came as a surprise because I was expecting it to be more for an oil change. There were no hidden fees no unexpected work or pressure for anything beyond what I needed. I have such a deep feeling of trust and respect with just a single visit. As a woman I felt understood and that everyone was being honest and extremely fair. I will absolutely be a repeat customer as they just gained me for life. Highly recommend!

We go to Roy's for everything for our cars! They keep track of what's needed, even when I don't, and they explain what's going on with our cars so we understand it. Roy's has never tried to sell us things we didn't go in for, and they're honest and realistic about what our cars need. I'd recommend Roy's to anyone.

Roy's Automotive Center staff is very friendly and helpful! Their prices are very reasonable and they did a great job! I highly recommend them to everyone!!
