Rice Collision Center

This has not been a good experience. First I was told the car would be ready on Friday. Then I was told the parts weren't in they were waiting on them to be delivered by NAPA and they didnt have the parts in. Googled NAPA and looked up the items needed and they had the parts. When I mentioned that NAPA had the parts I was told I'll call you back. When vehicle was finally ready for pick up had to take it right back. Sounded like something was rubbing against something and it was pulling to the left. The person I needed to speak with was called down to discuss the issue. Instead of the person listening to what the issues were they said they needed to call the insurance company. This not an insurance issue it's a mechanical issue. Supposedly it will be looked at tomorrow by the mechanic that was already gone for the day. Let's see what happens then....nTo be continued......nGot the truck back. They fixed the noise the wheel was making...He got the alignment back to the correct specs...if there is ever a next time will find another collision shop
