No communication between departments.nNeeds a better system. Very disappointed

I'm from out of town and this (by far) was the worst experience ever. Phone rang for over 5 minutes before it disconnected. Went into the store and was deliberately ignored by staff. Called while waiting and witnessed staff ignoring the ringing phone. When I was finally assisted, had to handle the tires myself. A real low...even for a budget store.

The tire center this morning did not open on time I had to walk around to find someone. The man was walking up nonchalantly like he didn’t have a care in the world. Then after 25 minutes he proceeds to tell me it will be a 2 hour wait for an oil change! Why?!

I had a great experience. A bit of slow service but it’s also a regular check out line that made the car service slow. My car still got its tire changed in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible customer service. It's sad that they don't care about the customers. I strongly believe they are there ONLY FOR A PAY CHECK.
