Great for oil changes and alignments

Pulled in to be done as soon as I arrived checked my alignment breaks and rotors an didnt give me that you need this an that done. Friendly people up front an working on the cars. Overall fast an friendly visit.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to make sure to recognize this gentleman for his outstanding service today. My fiancée shredded her tire on something so we ordered a new tire and brought the vehicle and tire to them so they could put the tire back on the rim, and replace the tire. This total process only cost $22 after tax.nnI didn’t make an appointment either.nnI cannot remember the gentleman’s name, but he was a Middle Aged black guy, with a dark colored mask who works the front desk. He was extremely attentive, transparent and great at multitasking. He had me sit in my car while he did all the service for the tire to prepare it AND made sure to get my hubcap before putting the tire back on. Everything total took 30 minutes. This is important because $22 is not a lot of money to a company like NTB, and yet, I received service like I was spending $200 or $2200. I was thoroughly impressed by his work ethic, friendly demeanor and straightforwardness. It’s hard to find good service these days and this experience will keep me coming back.
