I went in to get an Air Filter they had one in stock. I asked to get an estimate on a few things I will be buying soon and they printed a paper with how much I need to save. They were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend going too.

I purchased a DieHard battery online for curbside pickup at this location last week. The salesman put the battery in my trunk so I didn’t notice until I got home that he gave me an AutoCraft battery. I called the store on Sunday afternoon and spoke with a lady to advise I was given the incorrect battery and asked if they had the battery I ordered in stock so I could exchange it. I was told DieHard and AutoCraft are the same and Advance changed all the labels to show AutoCraft. I went into the store the next day to take the old battery back, to obtain the core charge refund, and to my surprise I see a wall full of DieHard batteries with the DieHard labels. Then to add insult to injury, the store states they require mask and the lady at the counter did not have a mask on. I will never do business at this dishonest location again. I suggest others look for a different location as well that is honest and actually follow the rules they, and the state, put in place regarding mask.

Rude! Both ladies that were working were absolutely rude(the black lady with glasses and white lady with bun) not helpful.
