This place is OUT OF EVERYTHING.. at 10:00 am. Are you kidding me? Plan on driving around the building LINE... not once but 2 LAPS! Then find out they are out of all kinds of menu items. Is this even Starbucks? People fighting in the parking lot because no one wants to move and you can’t park. Go to another one!
Sometimes they are slow in the drive thru but I think it is mostly due to the food items that Starbucks offers now. It holds a line of 15 cars up for 10 minutes while they warm up a sandwich or bakery item.nnThey never get my drink wrong and are very nice so I’ll blame Starbucks corporate for the slowness since they are the ones that added food to the menu.
Drive thru girl was rude and provided bad customer service over the speaker and when I got to the window. I had a online order which you would think would go quick and easy but they draw out the process and cant ever find my name for my order. I provided my name many times and they still give me trouble. I even spoke to the manger and she had a attitude.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now. Their drive thru is always on point, but it’s not always consistent on the drink front. The baristas are always very nice too. Definitely will keep coming back because they’re always happy to remake my drink if it’s wrong.
