Terrible communication and customer service. I called to order one single pizza for carry out. I placed my order, was told absolutely nothing was out of place when I picked it up only to realize when I get home they didn’t make what I asked. They didn’t have a topping, decided it was in their best interest not to tell me and offered no compensation in its stead. Just left the topping off and said nothing. Pathetic. It’ll be my first and last visit. Epic fail.
This pizza hut is top notch compared to other pizza huts. My order is almost always right and when I ask for my pizza to be well done, it actually is! This is the best one in Gaston & Cleveland Counties!
I usually go to the Pizza Hut in Bessemer City but I decided to try this one today instead. It was great service, nice people working there. My food was perfect and ready on time!
Didn't get our order until 1hour and 25 mins after we ordered it. Waste of time and not worth what I spent. Food was luke warm and the driver asked me if I was going to tip her before even handing me my order. I tipped her cause I understand the struggle but really? Will not order from here again. And I recommend you dont either
