Allen's Tires and Auto

This company is horrible. Do not go there for any tire service that you may need. If you walk in the shop please, notice the signs that say we aren't liable for any damage done to your rim. There mechanics don't even balance your tire.. there's so much more I could say. Just please, don't go there... I want to say more but, out of the goodness of my heart I won't. These people took advantage of me and I even called in about my grievance. They hung up on me... I'm not use to this hostility. Maybe what other plat forms may we boycott this establishment? I had a great experience and wonderful customer service

Not dependable. I called ahead to make sure there were 2 tires in my size, made an arrangement of a specific day and time I would be there to pick them up (which was within Google's listed open hours, and he himself said he'd be there). When I showed up, the whole place was locked up and no one would answer the phone. Tried 2 more times throughout the day to see if I could still get ahold of him, but never did. Will not be calling back.
