I walk into the location in Kernersville NC. 3 people that work there. One working on making sandwiches. One trying to figure out the pos and the other doing whatever with gloves on. Not one opens their mouths to speak to me. I stand there and wait, but not one of them acknowledged me as I stood there. When I walked out they all looked. Wow!!! It takes soneone not ordering from you to get any acknowlehement at all. First and last time walking into this lication.

While the food isn't greasy and certainly does taste good...the delivery time is abhorrent. For being less than 2 miles away, deliveries are taking over 40 minutes from the time of the order placement. When I called to address this (after the second repeated occurrence of this timeliness issue), the manager just said we should come to the store to get food and made excuses that in store the times are still fast. Well. If your store is offering delivery and the delivery channel is failing to meet offerability needs, then what happens inside the store isn't really relevant.nnAt this rate, get delivery from Doordarsh or Uber Eats (or your preferred local service). Anybody can make a sandwich from home.

Couldn't get my order straight. He kept nonchalantly going around circles about the order. . . . Will be getting my money back.

Store manager here handled our order with care and quality. Also, commend them for their customer service and care.

Came in a minute after closing and they still made my sandwich! Friendly service!!
