We ordered pickup and it said it would be ready in 10 to 15min. We arrived about 12 minutes after ordering. We were asked to wait another 4 minutes and it took about 8 minutes. Normally I am more patient and understanding but there were several other people's who's orders were coming out late. The food came out hot and the employees were friendly. Their sanitation rating could be better. An employee was preparing food without wearing gloves ans I saw him adjust his pants and continue prepping food without washing his hands. The timing and wait time was not terrible, it just seemed like it wasn't just a problem with my order. They also lost another customers order waiting in line infront of me. This is not meant to be an overly critical review, just honest.

I waited 20 minutes (pass the due time) for them to bring the pizza outside AFTER letting them know I was there And they said “oh yes, it’s right here , be right out”. When I got it home I was SHOCKED. The “sealed by the hut” label has been removed and another placed on top of it! The pizza box was FILTHY! The fingerprints in the picture are NOT MINE. The box truly looked like it had been reused!!!nThis was DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER PIZZA HUT PIZZA at any location!!!!

Where do I start. Lady who left out as I was going in didn't have on a mask. One young man making pizzas didn't have on a hairnet just a cap with dreads. Other young man in the back cutting pizzas was not wearing his mask. No one had on gloves. Then the man who came in after didn't have on a mask. I guess mask are not mandatory at this pizza hut.

Delivery took way too long. I understand that you get busy sometimes, but why not answer the phones when people call to inquire about their food? Food is always what you expect from a Pizza Hut.

14 mins past the time they said it would be ready. Once I called to notify that I was outside I was informed they are cutting it. I watched 3 employees walking around inside aimlessly before my order was brought to my car.
