The Kernersville location has a world of machines plus free weights. It is never crowded. Everything is clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. For $10 a month, you can't beat it.
Very clean and maintained. Employees were going around cleaning the machines every 15 to 20 minutes even after customers cleaning them themselves. There are signs in between machines to promote social distancing.nI was nervous to go back for the first time but it was great.
Been a Black Card Member two weeks and love it......Professional and helpful staff, very clean just an awesome place
The worst. I haven't stepped foot in this gym since March, and when I try to cancel the day my account was charged they basically tell me they can do nothing to help me. It hasn't stopped being a pandemic, and this is one of the only companies I've seen that isn't willing to do anything to help, or keep their customers.
I am very upset with planet fitness. It’s a great gym. However their communication is very poor. My membership has been frozen since March 2020 so I was not paying. In September they start charging me without warning. They can communicate about their special events etc. etc. but they can’t let me know that my account was going to be charged again. Very disappointing.
