Walmart Auto Care Centers

Horrible place for car services. Got 2 tires changed and 4 days later they’re making a roaring noise. I specifically asked them to put the older still good tires from the back to the front. Instead they put the new tires on the front. It was after I went back to get the car diagnosed for the noise that I was hearing while driving when the man at the register stated that the new tires were on the front. In addition, on my profile/receipt it says my car is black but clearly it’s royal blue.nnWhen tried to explain to the man at the register what was going on, he was over talking me and telling me other issues that “may” be wrong opposed to focusing on the reason I was initially there! Which was for my tires! Not to even mention I purchased the warranty and the receipt clearly says I have warranty on the tires. It was a simple fix all that was needed was another look that I have warranty for anyways.nnI will NOT be returning to any Walmart for car services this is my second bad experience with 2 different auto departments in Walmart.

I was in and out within 90 minutes on a busy Saturday with needing 4 brand new tires! Service was good, technicians and counter sales were super friendly and helpful!

Always get my oil changed here and tires when I need them never had any issues with any of the guys working on my car. They always do a great job.

Arrived as scheduled at 3:30 to have 4 tires mounted and an oil change. At 6:30 they told me my car was ready and had been ready for an hour (even though I had asked the cashier who told me it was still in service). Four tires installed, NO OIL CHANGE. It took 3 hours to mount 4 tires? Prices are good but worst customer service ever. Will pay the extra next time to avoid this place.

Took 2.5 hours to replace 1 tire.. watched for over an hour with not 1 car in the bay area..3 guys standing around doing nothing but talking.nGet my car home to find out that 3 of the valve stem covers were missing. Glad they checked the air in all the tires but come on, it's not hard to put the covers back on! Get your @#$% together!
