The staff at the Union Cross location are all friendly, efficient & quick. I stop daily for drinks. They are always happy to see me & get my drinks.
Its horrible even by McDonald's standards.nThey can't get an order right to save their lives.nWent 3 times, incorrect every damn time.nWaited 20 minutes for an online order and it was still missing something. At least they're consistent!! It's pretty simple stuff guys......nREAD THE ORDER TICKETS!!!!!nKeep up the good work!
Used to work for mcdonald's a number of years ago, and I have to say these guys are FAST. Love it.
No one greets you when you come.nWondering for a bit if any one was there. One person walked in ahead of us and the person finally came out took his order. We had to put ours on a machine because she had to,go in back,fix this guy's order and walked it out to him and talked to him and gave him his food. We had to,wait awhile. I won't be going back to a McDonald's if this how they wait on their customer's. Poor service.
I go to this location 3 times a week to order the same thing: Egg and cheese McMuffin. I kid you not, they get my order incorrect 2 out of the 3 times. I always end up having to pull up to the second window and wait way longer than you should have to at a “fast” food restaurant. It’s ridiculous. It’s egg, cheese and McMuffin. That’s all. I know I probably should pick another location but this one is literally walking distance from my home.
